Vexar provides free tools for the Solana blockchain ecosystem:

2.1 Token Authority Checker (Free)

A read-only tool that fetches and displays public blockchain data about Solana token authorities (mint authority, freeze authority, and update authority). This service requires no wallet connection and stores no user data.

2.2 Portfolio Tracker (Free)

A read-only tool that displays token holdings, NFTs, and portfolio values for Solana wallet addresses. This service fetches public blockchain data and requires no wallet connection or account creation.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for verifying all information displayed by our tools. While we strive for accuracy, blockchain data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Always verify critical information through multiple sources.

3.2 Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Vexar never has access to your private keys or seed phrases. Never share your private keys with anyone.

3.3 Wallet Best Practices

When interacting with blockchain applications, always verify information from multiple sources. Be cautious of phishing attempts and never share your private keys or seed phrases with anyone.

3.4 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

• Engage in illegal activities or fraud
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Overload or disrupt our services or infrastructure
• Use automated systems to scrape or harvest data from our services

4. Disclaimers

4.1 No Financial Advice

Vexar does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Information displayed by our tools is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

4.2 Data Accuracy

We fetch data from third-party blockchain RPC providers (Helius, Solana public RPC). This data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

4.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Our services may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party service outages, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

4.4 Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party infrastructure including Helius RPC, Solana blockchain, and wallet providers. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or accuracy of these third-party services.

• Vexar shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or cryptocurrency
• Vexar shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet
• Vexar shall not be liable for errors in blockchain data or transaction failures
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that you bear all risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

Vexar and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vexar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our services may be open source. Please refer to the applicable license for usage rights.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vexar and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any transactions you conduct using our tools

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vexar regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

15. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
