Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to Vexar. We provide free tools for the Solana blockchain ecosystem, including token authority checking, portfolio tracking, and bulk sending capabilities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services at vexar.app.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our tools are designed to be privacy-first: we don't require accounts, we don't store your wallet addresses, and we don't collect personal information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Wallet Addresses: When you use our tools, you may enter Solana wallet addresses or token addresses. These are used only to fetch public blockchain data and are not stored on our servers.
  • Transaction Data: When using the bulk sender, transaction details are processed locally in your browser and submitted directly to the Solana blockchain. We do not store transaction information.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage statistics including page views, feature usage, and general traffic patterns. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
  • Technical Information: Standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps. This information is used for security and service improvement only.

2.4 Data Retention

  • Server logs (Vercel): Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard web server logs, including IP addresses, for infrastructure and security purposes. We do not control or directly access these logs. Please refer to Vercel's Privacy Policy for their data retention practices.
  • Rate limiting (in-memory only): We temporarily store IP addresses in server memory to prevent abuse and ensure fair access to our services. This data is never written to disk, never correlated with wallet addresses, and is automatically cleared when the server restarts.
  • Google Analytics data: Retained for 26 months (Google's default retention period)

2.5 Data Processing Location

Our services are hosted on Vercel servers located primarily in the United States. Google Analytics processes usage data in accordance with Google's data processing terms. By using our services, you consent to this data processing.

2.6 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not require or collect email addresses
  • We do not require account creation or login
  • We do not store your wallet addresses or transaction history
  • We do not access your private keys or seed phrases
  • We do not collect or store personal identification data

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To provide token authority checking, portfolio tracking, and bulk sending functionality
  • Service Improvement: To understand how users interact with our tools and identify areas for improvement
  • Security: To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security threats
  • Analytics: To analyze usage patterns and optimize performance

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our tools:

Helius RPC (Blockchain Data)

We use Helius RPC services to fetch blockchain data from Solana. Wallet addresses you query are sent to Helius servers to retrieve public blockchain information. Review Helius Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics. Google Analytics uses cookies to track website usage. Review Google's Privacy Policy.

Solana Blockchain

All blockchain interactions are public and permanently recorded on the Solana blockchain. Transaction data cannot be deleted once submitted to the blockchain.

Third-Party Links

Our services may contain links to external websites (e.g., blockchain explorers, token websites, DeFi protocols). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect our services:

  • HTTPS encryption for all connections
  • Security headers to protect against common web attacks
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • No storage of sensitive user data

Your wallet addresses and portfolio data are processed in your browser and fetched directly from the blockchain. We do not store this information on our servers.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Right to access your personal data
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data
